Crunch Fitness | $5.2 Million in 10 months.
After having an unsatisfactory result opening a 3 Crunch locations, a new-to-market brand, we met Julian from Empire. We explained our situation of how struggling to gain traction and brand awareness in this new market.
After a complete overhaul of our marketing plan, we reached an additional 100,000 people per city, we averaged 250-750 leads per location a month, and we launched 2 clubs with over $500,000 in annualized revenue.
In Dearborn, our advertising performed phenomenally. From July to December in 2018 added $1.16M in potential revenue off $19k adspend.
